We are now accepting registrations for the next user group meeting scheduled for the 24th September.
This meeting will be a fully dedicated to AEUG matters only. We will be targeting some important topics and will also include demonstrations of the new release functionality for MX-One and Solidus MiCollab 7 and Solidus 9.
We are seeking in this session the 'FINAL' Mitel position on Software Assurance (or as it is now called Software Maintenance) and the user impact of changes that have been implemented by Mitel. In doing so we shall ensure we handle issues around co-termination of Assurance licenses, options that exist for users (no SA license, SA basic license, SA standard license), impact on products replaced with new alternatives, roles and responsibilities for administration of licenses.
One of Mitel's core strategies is based on cloud solutions we will be asking them to follow up on the previous presentation with further clarification of offerings relevant to the existing users with mainly premise based solutions.
We will have some new guest presenters from Mitel in attendance.
Mitel will also have their support representatives in attendance to answer any issues arising on the day and to support the demonstration activities.
We will be including a full closed sesson to discuss ongoing issues and topics the users wish to discuss with peers and seek action /answers on and address changes to the user group proposed to consolidate the UK enterprise community of Mitel.
We will also be seeking approval of the users to merge existing user groups and form a new entity from the beginning of 2016.
All those intending to attend must register in advance. Please complete the registration details if you can attend / not attend.
Just to remind you...
If members want to ensure they have answers to any specific questions in the closed session then please ensure you submit them to us via the web form in advance. We would encourage all users to use the web form submission as it will help us deliver a more effective closed session.
