We are pleased to announce our next user group meeting will be taking place at the Mitel office in London.
We will be getting the latest updates from Mitel on the new organisation and seeking feedback on tangible benefits for the user community.
Q2 has seen the introduction of the last Service release for Version 5 and also the release of Solidus 8.3 we will be reviewing the quarter activity and also identifying what are the Q3 and Q4 plans. we know this will include the end of new license purchase on the MX-One Telephony Switch version. We also have MX-One version 6 and Solidus 8 planned.
In March we saw the new 6800i series SIP phones. These all offer HD voice, is HD voice something users recognise as of value to them? They have now also been made available to users on MX-One V5 with SP5 installed.
The two subject topics we will focus on during this session are:
We will also be capturing feedback on the BluStar client pilot which was presented the previous meeting which has now been rolled out to over 2000 users.
We will be incorporating the closed session with the formal chairperson and committee selection process for the upcoming 12 month period and seeking input from users as to the direction of the group going forward.
All those intending to attend must register in advance. Please complete the registration details if you can attend / not attend.
Just to remind you...
