We are now accepting registrations for the next user group meeting scheduled for the16th April.
This meeting will be a fully dedicated to AEUG matters only. We will be targeting some important topics that have been raising questions from a number of users post the January kick off meeting session.
We are seeking to clarify in this session the Mitel position on Software Assurance and the user impact of any changes that have been made. In doing so we shall ensure we handle issues around co-termination of Assurance licenses, options that exist for users (no SA license, SA basic license, SA standard license), impact on products replaced with new alternatives, roles and responsibilities for administration of licenses.
We will also seek clarification on the existing licensing model and alternative licensing models being considered by Mitel (mentioned in MX-One V6 discussions).
We have not visited the partner activities for some time and now under Mitel management we are seeking clarification of changes and improvements they have introduced to remove over-reliance on individual partners and also quality monitoring of the service provision to the user community.
One of Mitel's core strategies is based on cloud solutions we will be asking them to clarify what offerings they are making that would be relevant to the existing users with mainly premise based solutions.
We will be including a full closed sesson to discuss ongoing issues and topics the users wish to discuss with peers and seek action /answers on.
The emonstration facility will be available during break periods and if anything specifically a user wants to take the opportunity to see can they please let us know in advance.
All those intending to attend must register in advance. Please complete the registration details if you can attend / not attend.
Just to remind you...
If members want to ensure they have answers to any specific questions in the closed session then please ensure you submit them to us via the web form in advance. We would encourage all users to use the web form submission as it will help us deliver a more effective closed session.
